This choice gave her the opportunity to adopt a pseudonym, namely her abbreviation “Puce” (flea).
This reflects the playful character of the artist, who appreciates rare scenes with animals, field work, leisure,
and children’s games. The paintings are small, full of vivid and nuanced colors, almost like a strict
printing technique.
